To set up a return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Merchandise Authorization. Items must be sent back within 30 days of their delivery date to be eligible for a refund. We work hard to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, but we understand that isn’t always the case. To report a damaged, defective, or missing part, please email email@example.com and we will take care of it and work with you to find the best solution. Damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of product. If you elect not to receive replacement parts or replacement items, or accept repairs in the event of shipping damage or manufacturing defects, our standard return policy will apply.
