As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our supply warehouse to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 10 business days or sooner), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment. If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within one to four business days for parcels and 1 to 2 weeks for Freight from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving our warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within ten business days of your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. To check on the status of your shipment, please check the tracking email sent to you.
All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you will also be responsible for the return or rerouting shipping charge. Refunds minus the return shipping charge and fees will only be issued to the original credit card that you used when placing your order. To cancel an order, please email email@example.com
We strive to ensure our photos represent colors and finishes accurately. Of course, color variation does occur and depends on the monitor or mobile device being used. Please contact us or email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions or swatch requests and we will get them to you free of charge when they are available.
If you’re missing an item, it’s possible that not all of them have shipped, or that they’re being shipped from different warehouses. Please check your confirmation email from us for a tracking number for different shipments. To report a missing part or item, please email email@example.com
