Order Confirmation & Shipment: As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail, and we will process your order for immediate shipment (usually within 2-4 business days). We will email the tracking information for your shipment once it leaves our warehouse, to the email address you provided at check out.
Cancellations & Refunds: All orders canceled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used when placing your order.

Returns: For a full 30 days after delivery, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product (unassembled and in its original packaging) for a refund of the full purchase price.
