Order Confirmation & Shipping

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail, and we will process your order for immediate shipment (usually within 2-4 business days). We will email the tracking information for your shipment once it leaves our warehouse, to the email address you provided at check out.

Cancellations & Refunds

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a $20 administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for the shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card used when placing your order.

Returns

For a full 30 days after delivery, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product (unassembled and in its original packaging) for a refund of the full purchase price.  Return shipping costs apply.  Clearance and close-out items are not eligible, and some other exceptions may apply.  You can read more about our Return Policy in our Help Center.
